“Information Management Strategies that enable Performance Improvement”
Terry Ramabulana, originally from Limpopo, is the Director of Mazars Public Sector Advisory Services in South Africa.
Ramabulana holds a Masters of Commerce in Computer Audit, a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management, and a Diploma in Financial Auditing. He is also currently completing his PHD in Information Management through the University of Johannesburg.
He has 39 years of experience in the financial services industry and is a member of the Institute of Directors as well as the Institute of Internal Auditors and has been a public sector leader in consulting for over 10 years, specialising in Turnaround Strategies and Clean Audit of local government.
Terry is passionate about knowledge sharing and information management as an ongoing study discipline covering information lifecycle, Data quality, Data Analytics, Business Analysis and Cyber Security.
He encourages the need for current government oversight institutions to adopt disruptive approaches to performance management.

“The changing application of ISACA Certifications in the context of new and emerging International Governance Standards”
Carolynn Chalmers is a Corporate Governance advisor, specialising in the areas of IT and Information Governance.
Carolynn has extensive management and governance experience. She holds and has held various Board, Board Committee and Executive roles for international, listed and unlisted organisations. Roles include those of:
Her experience spans many industries, including financial services, energy, construction, education, tourism, media and renewable resource management.
Carolynn is best known for her successes in leading large, complex strategy implementations – she attributes this success to the application of good governance principles.
